salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. flour
2 c. skim milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. margarine
4 oz. bread crumbs

Mix broccoli, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Layer in 9
x 13-inch sprayed baking dish. Melt 1st margarine. Stir in
flour and make smooth paste. Add milk and bouillon cube. Stir
until smooth and bubbly. Add to broccoli mixture. Spread
cheese on top. Melt 2nd margarine in skillet; add bread crumbs
and spice. Stir to mix. Sprinkle over cheese layer. Bake 45
minutes at 350 degrees.
