SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes 1/2 c. sweet milk 1/3 c. butter or margarine 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. orange flavoring 2 eggs Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. plain flour 1/3 c. margarine 1 c. nuts. Crumble flour and sugar over potatoes. Pour melted butter over this and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
