BROCCOLI PUFF
(Serves 4)
19 oz. pkg. frozen chopped
broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
2 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli as directed, drain and place in 1 quart
baking dish. Stir together soup and cheese, gradually add
milk, mayonnaise, egg, salt and pepper. Stir until well
blended. Pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (uncovered).
