(Serves 4)
2 c. grated raw summer squash
1/4 tsp. grated onion
pepper to taste
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. melted butter

Combine squash, onion, pepper, sugar, salt and flour.
Beat eggs and add squash. Drop by tablespoon onto oiled
griddle. Cook.
