(Serves 4 to 6)
1 large head broccoli, cut off
stems, use only heads
1/2 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
or use Bac*Os
1 medium red onion, quartered
and cut into bite-size
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Dressing: Mix ingredients together.
Pour dressing over broccoli and onion. When ready to
serve, pour mixture over cheese and bacon, toss everything.
