STIR-FRY VEGETABLES 1 to 2 tsp. sesame seed peanut oil or sesame oil, as needed 1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets 1 bunch broccoli, broken into pieces 3 stalks celery, chopped small cabbage, cut into wedges carrots, cut medium slices Put sesame seed in large frypan or wok with small amount of oil. When seed start popping add some cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, stirring constantly for about 4 to 5 minutes, until a rich color comes over the vegetables and they are crisp and firm but not raw. Keep stir-frying small amounts adding more oil as needed. Then add the faster cooking vegetables (cabbage, celery) stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until soft and pliable. Serve with rice or meat dish.
