POTATO CASSEROLE 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1/2 stick melted margarine 1 c. sour cream 1 c. diced onion 1 c. shredded cheese 1 can mushroom soup Topping: 1 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine Mix ingredients in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and top with the topping mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours until thickened and browned (uncovered).
