SOUTHERN SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 2 c. canned sweet potatoes, mashed 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. canned milk 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 stick butter Topping: 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter, cut up Mix well and place in baking dish. Topping: Stir ingredients together and spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
