SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE|
6 medium sweet potatoes,
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla, butter or nut
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. milk
1 c. seedless raisins
Peel and mash sweet potatoes; mix all of the ingredi-
ents in a bowl. Put in baking dish and cover with marshmal-
lows. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
