BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 c. croutons
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
broccoli
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese

Crush croutons; toss with butter. Cook broccoli in
water and salt; drain well. Place cheese in saucepan; add
soup. Place over medium heat until cheese is melted. Add
broccoli in an ungreased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Pour
cheese sauce over broccoli and sprinkle croutons over top.
Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
