HASH BROWN POTATOES 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1 stick margarine 1 c. onion, diced 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. cheese, grated Saute onion in margarine. Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with dill weed, parsley and paprika. Cover and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are done at 350 degrees.
