DIRTY RICE

4 c. cooked brown and wild
rice
1/2 c. raw chopped onion
1/2 raw chopped bell pepper
1 lb. cooked smoked sausage,
finely chopped

Mix cooked brown and wild rice with chopped onion, bell
peppers and smoked sausage. Pour in baking pan and cover.
Bake in a 250 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
