ZUCCHINI ITALIAN 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. flour 2 c. spaghetti or pizza sauce 2 c. grated Monterey cheese 1 large zucchini, sliced Dip slices in flour, then egg. Fry until brown and tender. Layer in 9 x 12-inch pan. Pour sauce over top; spread with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
