CAULIFLOWER WITH TANGY MUSTARD SAUCE

1 small head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Clean and wash cauliflower (do not dry). Place in
plastic bag or cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave 8 to
10 minutes; medium head 12 minutes and a large head for 15
minutes. While cauliflower is cooking, mix other ingredients.
When cauliflower is done, place on a plate and spread mixture
on top. Cook for 1 more minute to heat topping.
