1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Heat fat in skillet; add onion and simmer until golden
yellow. Add meat; stir with fork and brown slightly. Add
remaining mixture. Pour in a 2-quart casserole and bake at
400 degrees for 40 minutes.
