STUFFED MUSHROOMS 1 box large whole mushrooms 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs 3/4 c. oil 1 Tbsp. garlic powder Wash and dry mushrooms thoroughly. Pull stems off. In bowl chop stems and mash as well as you can. Add 1 cup crumbs, garlic powder and 1/2 cup oil to mixture. Fill mushrooms by pressing mixture firmly and adding until cup is overflowing. Pour 1/4 cup oil in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
