BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 1 bag chopped broccoli 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 shredded carrots 1 small onion, chopped fine 1 stick margarine 1/2 bag herb stuffing Boil broccoli, chopped onion and shredded carrot until very soft. Drain. Add soup and sour cream. Melt margarine. Pour 1/2 margarine in 9 x 11-inch pan. Add 1/2 stuffing mix. Pour in all broccoli mixture. Pour 1/2 stuffing mix on top of remainder of melted margarine. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
