STUFFED MUSHROOMS

2 doz. large mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. oil
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Remove stems from center of mushrooms. Put stems, bread
crumbs, oil and cheese in food processor. Mix until it forms
dough. Fill mushrooms with mixture. Bake in shallow pan with
water at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until mushrooms are
brown.
