MACARONI AND BROCCOLI|
1 lb. ziti
1 box frozen broccoli spears
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
3/4 c. blended oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
In a medium saucepan, saute garlic over a low flame
until lightly brown, then add salt and parsley and cook for 1
minute. Remove from heat. Boil broccoli, drain and reserve.
Cook ziti according to package; drain and pour into a large
bowl. Add broccoli and hot oil and toss until mixed well.
