3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 small can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter
Mix potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, coconut and vanilla.
Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix brown sugar, pecans and
flour. Add melted butter and crumble over potatoes. Bake
uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
