BAKED CORN 3 c. corn (frozen) 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 2 Tbsp. melted butter Place corn in bowl. Stir in salt, pepper and eggs. Add milk and melted butter. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake as you would custard with corn casserole inside pan of water. Bake at 300 degrees until firm.
