CHEESY POTATOES 2 1/4 c. water 3 Tbsp. margarine 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. potato flakes 1/2 c. sour cream In medium saucepan heat water, margarine and salt to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and flakes. Blend in egg, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Spoon into lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
