SWEET 'N SOUR CELERY 1 bunch celery 1 c. sliced onion rings 1 Tbsp. sugar 6 slices bacon 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper Trim celery and cut into 1 inch pieces. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and drain. Drain all but 3 tablespoons drippings from skillet, then add celery and onions. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook covered for 12 to 15 minutes or until the veggies are tender-crisp. Stir in the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat through. Spoon into a serving dish and crumble the bacon on top. Enjoy!
