POTATO CASSEROLE 2 lb. frozen hash browns (Southern Style) 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. onion flakes 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese Defrost potatoes completely. Mix all ingredients, place in 3 quart casserole (greased). Top with 2 cups cornflakes crushed mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
