1 c. thin sliced okra
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. corn meal
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Drop by tablespoon into one inch of hot grease. Flatten
a little, so it will fry crisp.
