SCALLOPED POTATOES 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes 2 Tbsp. melted oleo salt and pepper to taste 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 can Cheddar cheese, grated 2 Tbsp. chopped onion Topping: 2 c. corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter Cook potatoes until slightly tender. Add other ingredi- ents except corn flake mixture which is sprinkled on top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Yield: 10 to 12 servings. Topping: Mix corn flakes with melted butter.
