1 c. thinly sliced okra
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients. Drop by tablespoon into one inch hot
oil. Flatten a little so will fry crisp.
