2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish.
Top with 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup melted oleo.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
