SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 3 c. baked or boiled, peeled, mashed sweet potatoes 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 stick soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. milk Blend ingredients. Topping: 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 stick melted butter Sprinkle topping over the mixture and bake in slow 325 degrees to 350 degrees oven about 40 minutes. Note: Can substitute 3/4 cup corn flakes for 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
