CORN SLAW 1/4 c. sour cream 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. mustard 2 tsp. white vinegar 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn 2 carrots, grated 1 green pepper, diced 1/2 c. onion, diced Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Add 1 can corn more to make extra serv- ings. You do not have to double everything.
