1 or 2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 chopped onion
1 can light kidney beans
1 jar hickory smoked barbecue
1 can pork and beans
leftover soup beans or canned
soup beans or baby lima
beans (your choice)
*Or make your own with:
1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Brown hamburger. Drain well. Add onions and cook until
tender. Add barbecue sauce (or your own mix). Put into
crock-pot. Cook at least 1 1/2 hours or almost all day. The
more you cook the better the flavor of this bean recipe. Be
sure there are at least 3 kinds of beans in this recipe.
