COMPANY CABBAGE 2 Tbsp. margarine 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 8 c. shredded cabbage 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. celery seed Heat margarine in a large skillet. Add garlic salt and 1/4 cup water, then add cabbage. Cover tightly and steam over low heat about 10 to 12 minutes. Blend salt, sour cream, sugar and vinegar. Stir into cabbage. Heat through but don't boil. Sprinkle in celery seed and serve.
