BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 2 boxes frozen broccoli, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sharp cheese, grated salt and pepper to taste 1 can mushroom soup 2 eggs, well beaten 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing 1/2 stick margarine Cook and drain broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion. Salt and pepper. Add to broccoli. Pour in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt butter and add to stuffing. Add to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
