NO BAKE-BAKED BEANS 6 slices bacon, fried 1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans 1/3 c. tomato catsup 1 medium onion, chopped 3 Tbsp. brown sugar In a 10-inch skillet, fry 3 pieces bacon until done, but not crisp. Fry remaining bacon until it is crisp enough to crumble. Remove from skillet onto paper towel. Remove bacon grease. Place pork and beans in medium saucepan. Add catsup, chopped onions, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon bacon grease. Crumble crisp bacon into beans and stir. Cook over medium high heat until boiling, stirring occasionally to keep from stick- ing. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into serving dish and top with remaining bacon slices.
