POTATO CASSEROLE 24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns 1 small container sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp) 1/2 or 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1 stick melted butter Thoroughly thaw hash browns. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If desired, one cup cracker crumbs or corn flake crumbs may be spread on top.
