BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
broccoli, cooked and
drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 small bag Pepperidge Farm
dressing mixed with 1 stick
melted margarine

Mix all ingredients, except dressing. Pour in large
casserole dish. Top with dressing mix. Bake at 375 degrees about 10
minutes.
