SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE|
3 c. mashed, cooked sweet
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter or
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and
milk. Mix well. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover
with topping (recipe follows) and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Combine ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle on top of
potato mixture before baking.
