SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. margarine
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs. Combine with other ingredients. Mix well
and spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with topping.
Topping: Melt margarine. Combine with flour, brown
sugar and 1/2 cup nuts and mix well. Spread on top of sweet
potato mixture and sprinkle with remainder of nuts. Bake at
350 degrees in oven for 25 minutes.
