SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE|
4 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. coconut
1 c. marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. brown sugar
Peel potatoes. Slice and cook in salt water until
tender. Drain and mash. Mix all together and put into a
baking dish. Top with 1 1/2 cups of crushed corn flakes and 1
stick of margarine, melted. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
