SWEET POTATO DELIGHT 2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1 c. white sugar 1 stick margarine 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1 c. nuts, chopped fine 1/3 stick margarine Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish. For topping, melt margarine and stir in flour, sugar and nuts. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
