SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE|
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
(approximately 3 large)
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg. Combine with other ingredients. Mix well and
spoon into a 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Melt butter. Mix with other ingredients. Spread on top
of the potato mixture and sprinkle with remainder of nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
