POTATO CASSEROLE 3 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1/2 c. melted margarine 2 (16 oz.) carton sour cream 1 medium chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sharp cheese, grated 1 tsp. salt black pepper to taste Combine all ingredients together. Top with 1/2 cup melted margarine mixed with 2 cups crushed cornflakes. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This casserole may be completely assembled and then frozen.
