COLE SLAW 1 medium head cabbage 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. butter 1/2 c. cream 1/2 c. vinegar Shred the cabbage real fine. Combine other ingredients, except cream. Cook until thick in double boiler. When cold, add cream and pour over cabbage. For extra fancy cole slaw, garnish with celery and red and green peppers. Cut as fine as fine can be. Makes about 1 pint.
