CRUNCH-TOP POTATOES 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine 3 or 4 large baking potatoes, pared and cut in 1/2-inch crosswise slices 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes 1 c. shredded sharp cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika Melt butter in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan at 375 degrees. Add single layer of potatoes. Turn once in butter. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1/2 hour or until done and tops are crisp. Serve hot.
