BAKED SOUR LIMAS 1 lb. dried lima beans 3 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. molasses 1 c. sour cream Soak limas overnight. Drain and add fresh water. Add 1 teaspoon salt and cook until tender, 30 to 40 minutes. Drain and rinse in hot water. Place in greased casserole. Dab butter over hot beans. Mix brown sugar, mustard and 2 tea- spoons salt and sprinkle over beans. Stir in molasses and finally pour sour cream over mixture and stir gently. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
