BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 1/4 onion, chopped 4 Tbsp. butter 1/2 c. water 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 2 pkg. chopped broccoli cornflakes Saute 1/4 cup onion in butter. Add flour and water. Add Velveeta cheese and salt and stir until smooth. Add 3 beaten eggs and broccoli (thawed and drained). Cover with cornflakes. Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
