BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 2 pkg. frozen, cut up broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water chestnuts, cut up Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Combine broccoli with mushroom soup to which about a fourth of a can of milk has been added along with the chest- nuts. Top with either bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
