CARROTS AND CHEESE|
4 c. sliced or diced carrots
(can use frozen; 4 lb.)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, diced fine
corn flake crumbs
Cook carrots, melt cheese and margarine. Add salt,
pepper, sugar and onions to cheese sauce. Mix cheese sauce and
carrots in casserole. Cover with cornflake crumbs. Bake at
350 degrees 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
