25 Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. melted oleo (1 stick)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 pkg. cooked, chopped
Crush 25 Ritz crackers and mix with 1/2 pound melted
oleo. Place half of this in greased 2 quart casserole. On top
of cracker put 1/2 pound cubed Velveeta cheese. Cover cheese
with 3 packages of cooked, chopped broccoli. Put remaining
cracker crumbs on top and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30
