SPINACH BALLS

2 pkg. frozen, chopped
spinach, cook according to
pkg. direction)
onion, chopped (large or
small)
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter (or 1 stick)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb
stuffing mix

Drain spinach well and place in bowl. Add chopped
onion. Beat eggs and add. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients
and chill for a few hours. Make small balls and bake at 350 degrees
for 10 to 15 minutes.
